We took a trip to Downtown Wylie to watch the Wylie Christmas Parade. I enjoyed seeing the kids' faces light up as each "float" drove down the street. Living in a small town like we do, we don't have the big parade floats like the big cities, but the kids thought they were great nonetheless. We got to see Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, local dance teams, Wylie ISD board members, and even ended the parade with Santa!

We snapped a couple selfies while we waited for the parade to start. Believe it or not, I had to bribe the kids with $1 to smile like that for me. Those sweet smiles are totally worth it, though! :)
