Don and I took the kids to the Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit at the Heard Museum recently. Donny really enjoys playing with his dinos, so we thought he'd LOVE seeing these dinos move and roar. We couldn't have been more WRONG! He loved waving "bye-bye" to them after we walked past them, but standing within a few feet of them was a little too much. Most of the time he either hid behind one of us or clung to us for dear life. Braelyn, on the other hand, loved the dinos. She also thought it was funny that they were all wearing Christmas wreaths. Tis the season. :)
Maybe we'll try to go back in a couple years when Donny can really enjoy the dinos.
